We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Suite Leasing. Business Owners set their own hours once occupying a suite.

No co-leasing or sub-leasing will be permitted at any time. 

Yes! Once any beauty professional occupies a suite, they may fully customize the suite to their liking, within reason. Upon agreement termination or completion, business owners will be asked to revert suite to its original state.  

No, we are luxury salon suites and require all of our suites be occupied by beauty or wellness professionals.
